Delete your data
How to have your Messenger conversation with the Island Ai page removed from our systems.

You can ask us to delete everything we hold about you at any time, and you do not have to give a reason. There are two ways to ask.
1. Ask in the chat
Send the message DELETE MY DATA to the Island Ai page on Facebook Messenger. A member of the team will pick it up and confirm.
2. Or send us an email
Write to developer@islandai.co with the subject Data deletion request.
Tell us the name you use on Facebook, so we can find the right conversation. Please do not send us any card, bank or identity details.
3. What happens next
We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Every message between you and the Page, in both directions.
- Every photograph, video, voice note and document you sent, and our copies of them.
- Your name, your profile picture and the ID Facebook gave us for you.
- Any phone number or email address you gave the team.
- The internal notes and summaries written about your request.
What we cannot delete
Your own copy of the conversation stays in your Facebook Messenger app. That one belongs to your Facebook account, not to us — you can remove it from Messenger yourself.
If your message led to a real order, repair or credit file, the record of that sale is kept by J.Kalachand for as long as the law requires. Deleting the chat does not delete the purchase.
